I got a new iOS and had to transfer my account to it. While waiting on team lava to resolve the matter, I lost my Labradoodle in Pet Shop Story & I was informed that I couldn't be compensated. I opened a new account and earned & purchased gems in Pet Shop Story, earned gems & gold bars in Dragon Story & Restaurant City. Downloaded imobsters & slots because of the goals. Today team lava transferred my account and I lost all gems earned and purchased with my new iOS and was told to contact iTunes because they don't transfer gems. How ridiculous is this!!'What about the gems earned in my game play??? This is not fair, Teamlava should transfer everything earned & purchased to provide good customer service. What's the purpose of them verifying both accounts if they are not going to transfer everything & combine your earnings??
