View Full Version : What happened to my Gems?

I was having problems with FS getting really slow and re-booting itself. I ended up restarting my phone. After the restart, my Gems were gone. I had I believe 23-25 Gems before restarting my phone. After the restart, I started up FS again and my Gems were at "0". What happened to them?

Have you perhaps accidentally bought a new slot?

I'm not sure. You should try deleting/re-installing the app. If that doesn't work, send an email to support@teamlava.com, and include your Storm8 ID as well as the situation. Hope this gets fixed for you!

Yours was better than mine, it reminded to include the ID; I overlooked that.

I sure hope not 'cause with the way my dealings with them went last time I know I will never get my gems back!
