Gem purchase disappeared along with the gems!

I have just purchased the 20 gem cake counter and whilst arranging the store to fit it in, the game reloaded/reset or whatever it's doing when you get the swirly thing in the middle! AND the cake counter has gone along with my 20 gems, it's not in storage and I have only 7 gems left, GUTTED! Please help Team Lava...😳

Send an email to support@teamlava.com and explain what happened. Give them your device name/version, your Storm ID and the Bakery name, hopefully they'll be able to help you.

Just happened to me with fashion. Thankfully i didn't lose gems. I lost coin purchases though. I'm beginninng to believe that this syncing problem really is coming from their end and not our internet connection fault at all.
