Cows loading message?

My cows keep on loading. Restarting my device didn't work and downloading the game again didn't. I can see them walking around in my hotel but when I click on their room on info, the cows give loading message. I waited around 3-4 minutes, but nothing: it keeps giving me this message:

What can I do?:eek:

I never ran into that issue, very odd. Have you cleared your safari history/cookies/data? Every AM before I log into any TL games, I go to my settings and clear the safari info, back-up to icloud, then sync with iTunes. Maybe try that and see if it helps.
