majority of my people are leaving the dressing rooms or from infront of the mirrors with broken hearts. It is taking me forever to earn money. What should I do?

Sometimes it can be cashier placement try moving the cashier to see if that works. Also make sure you have enough mirrors & dressing rooms for use. I did a remodeling couple weeks ago and found out by watching it was one small area. They didn't like one dressing room pushed back 2 spaces. So you may have to do a test with some things moved to see if the hearts increase.

Also one spot one unhappy customer effects the whole shop. Customers shopping the opposite side of my shop were broken hearted even though they weren't near or using that dressing room.

If you can post a screen shot of your shop, some of us may be able to pinpoint the exact area that needs fixing as well.

I have rearranged many times. Nothing helps. It happens in all the fitting rooms and infront of all the mirrors. The broken hearts do not lower my level of hearts but slows down the amount that sells. I usually can only sell about $10,000a day and my invetory goes really slow. I will try to post a pic.

The only things I can think of while looking at your shop is that the mirrors on the walls can sometimes be blocked by customers looking at the items you have on the counters right next to them. They also have quite a long ways to walk to get to the dressing rooms, since you have them facing away from the racks.

The empty racks you have in a row right in front of your cashiers may be a problem once they have clothes on them, as a customer looking at the clothes is taking up the spot needed for someone to get to a cashier. Right now that shouldn't be a problem, since those racks are empty, but maybe storing them for now may see some improvement.

I rearranged and moved the items you suggested and no difference in the broken hearts. Any other suggestions?

I see nothing that would be giving you an issue at this point. My only last suggestion would be to take one empty rack from each of those rows, store it, and at the end by the shoes, place a mirror (either floor or on a table) at the end of each. Keep the others you have where they are, just add 3 more to the ends of those rows. I had to do this for mine when I noticed a few broken hearts when I re-arranged last time.

I don't see the broken hearts on my end when looking at your shop, but most of the times we can't see them, only the user getting them sees them.

stefy, all I see is a red x in your post, so I took a quick screenshot so maybe others can figure out what is wrong.

Right off looking at this your counters are to far away from the mirrors. Try moving the counters and mirrors to the wall make sure any wall mirrors are accesabile for use.

I had wall mirrors with tables next to them and in a earlier post someone told me to move the tables back from mirrors. I have rearranged my store at least 30 times and nothing makes it better. The only unhappy customers are ones walking out of the dressing rooms or away from the mirrors. So I really dont think it is a problem with how it is arranged. I am so fed up I am about ready to delete and stop playing all together.

Please try putting your racks and dressing rooms intermittent few racks with the dressing rooms in between or close by same with the counters.

Unfortunately I don't have any pics of boutique early on to post that would help. Maybe someone can post a pic that might help.

I would clear everything around the cashiers, you have tables of accessories between the two cashiers, I move those away. I like to keep the cashiers and free-standing as possible.

I mean, Ilike the look of the it, Imnot complaining about that. Just based on my experience, the less stuff around the cashiers, the better.

Is the problem still happening? I visited your store but only see pink happy hearts. In the picture queentina posted your heart rating is 100 so it doesn't look like your customers are unhappy. What do you see on your end? Is the happiness rating down?

I wonder if maybe this is a "cosmetic" issue that should be reported to support?

I still see lots of broken hearts but my rating is at 100.

I would email support@teamlava.com and explain what is happening. Even though your heart rating is staying the same, you're not making any money off of those customers leaving with the broken hearts.

I emailed support last night. I just got a responce from the. They are aware that this is a problem for many players and their engineers are working on fixing tne bug. Hopefully it will be fixed by the next update. I guess I will just have to wait and see. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Try pulling racks in so shoppers can enter your isles from both ends.
