Gifts. Problem?

my nbr is experiencing a gift problem. can someone explain?

Try this thread - others were having the same problem, and found a work around (I believe)

There isn't a solution, because I don't believe TL thinks there is a problem.

Here's what we observed:
1) sometimes when gifts are declined, no replacement gifts are received
2) sometimes when gifts are declined, replacement gifts are received but the oldest gift in the list is dropped

Just do one activity in a popup window at a time, and accept before you decline. Better to allow for the server to be updated, so visit a nbr.

So she should accept her yellow knobs or any other gift that she wants, exit the popup, and visit a nbr. Then open the message window again and decline the gifts. Visit a nbr. Then accept or decline material requests. Repeat when new gifts come in.

It'll usually work if you don't visit a nbr, just take your time on the opening windows, to ensure the server is updated.
