My phone took a swan dive into a pool. they gave me a loner untill my new one comes. I can't log in as myself! They want me to start a new store with a new StormID. Help! Am I just not finding or getting it? (I'm sure my store is totally empty by now!!!) :0

Sorry about your phone. You'll have to do a transfer to get your game back and another when you get your new phone. Email support@teamlava.com and ask them to transfer. Give them your storm ID.
