lost diamonds

I purchased diamonds on bakery story and now some are missing, there was no purchases nothing, the game is played on my ipod and there is always issues with the game resetting tips, reseting recipes...etc...a ton of glitches.....and now i notice i have diamonds missing??? can someone please advise how to contact teamlava about this?\
