More habitats or Upgrade habitats???

I definately understand the need to have a maximum number of habitats... Currently there are 25 different dragons and there is a maximum of 25 habitats, one for each dragon... I think I would prefer to be able to upgrade the habitats I have further... They could be larger, needing more room, ergo, a need to expand... More is too simple, upgrading would make things interesting.....

This is a hard question with no right answer. I think, for me, I'm focusing on the bigger ones because they hold more coins.
