Can't Replant and Can't Water

My game had froze on me, can't replant, can't water friends and neighbours.

Anyone with this problem.

Try:

1- force quitting
2- restarting your device
3- deleting/reinstalling (your progress is saved on TL's servers)

What device do you play on? Your device current version?
The version of the game you are playing? Look under menu - help- small number at the bottom of the screen.

I have at least 2 nbrs this is happening to, just in the last 24hrs or so. Glad i am immune so far...

Okay try a couple more things, then let me know.

Go to settings, safari and clear out your data and cookies.
Then do a hard reset on your phone. Hold down the on/off button and home button at the same time until you see the apple icon(ignore the red slider bar).

Also, is this happening on wifi and when you play on 3G?

Maybe you should delete the game & turn off your device & then reinstall :)
