Rack and table placements

Hey all, I have a question about the placement of racks and tables. If I have rows of clothes and accessories with no space between them (customers cant get to things beyond the first row) will those items be purchased? Do I need to put space between the rows in order for them to be purchased? I've notice other stores don't have spaces between rows.

No, the counters and racks need to have space to allow customers to pass by in order for them to sell.

People do that so they can build up or reserve stock. It's one of the few ways you can do it safely. If you look carefully you'll see folks blocking the door to the shop with something. Not good. Sometimes nothing happens but others you go to bed with a really full looking store and wake up to nothing on the shelves or racks.
