Ballet pet room

At first I thought it was a play room til I noticed info and there is suppose to be a swan in there but there is not and I get option to add soulmate. I try to but game closes on me. Is this a glitch ? Where is the pet that suppose to be in there? Will there be a fix for it? Please help!

Ok someone please help I built the ballet room but there is no animal in it. Do they come later? Or is it a glitch?

I tried the suggestions still no swan do I sent mail to support thru my phone hope they get it. Lol
