Get my old zoo back?

Does anyone know how i can get my old zoo back? I had to reset my kindle to the factory settings and my zoo was lost. Please help. My old stormer ID is nellylovesroy and my new one is roylovesnelly.

Should be able to log in with our old id. I deleting the game back in March b/c I was playing too much, but reinstalled in after two weeks and everything was just how I left it.
