Who do you pick to be in the finals?
Anyone here from Poland or Ukraine who can go watch the games live??

Croatia pretty well croaked 'em.

I do like International soccer tournaments (club just isn't as exciting to me) .

Ukraine just went up 2-1.

aren't you girls just annoyed when people say girls who watch soccer dun know the game and only watch it for so called "hot guys" playing. Well, I know the game and watch it purely for the game! to be honest half the time I dont even recognise the players when I see them in the papers. Yes, I am also looking forward to the Germany Netherlands game. So called "Group of Death" and its difficult to tell who qualifies! Although I am quite sure Germany will. Also Group C. Croatia played well and looks to qualify but again there is Italy and Spain. Not to write off Ireland too.

I only watch women's soccer if there are "hot girls" playing.

I'll be pulling for Germany since one of their players has a last name similar to mine. Wouldn't mind see England win since they never seem to win anything; and I always root for an underdog like Ukriane or Denmark.

We didn't do too badly against France though.

Of all the likely candidates, I'd say Germany for the simple reason that of all the Eurozone it's the only one with a slightly OK-ish economy. Places such as Spain and Italy have no money, so nor do their clubs. Germany have more money and therefore better chances, I think.

And yes, you people cushioned by the Atlantic, it really is that bad. And I'm cushioned at least by the Channel (and David Cameron...:/)

It's a football cup with European teams. It happens every 4 years, like World Cup or Olympics.
