Can't place my items or order new. Clothes expiring! Can't click on them

My closet keeps locking up and I can't retrieve items or place orders. Please help

That happens to me sometimes, I just force close the game and then go back in. I know others have had to uninstall/reinstall the game for it to work for them again, but I rarely have to go that far. Usually just force closing the game works for me.
