Has anyone updated from gingerbread to ice cream sandwich?

What does it change?

Are farm and pet ics compatible?

Any bugs with the games on ics?

Thanks :)

I don't know, but let me say, ice cream sandwich. Lol @ the names. Good luck with it.

I don't know who comes up with the names. They are interesting though.

I'm worried something will go wrong and I'll have to do a factory reset or something.

Oh I was so wrong. I mean honeycomb, not ics.

Ok I'm not losing it, I need to know about both. Honeycomb on a tablet, and ics on my phone.

I have three friends with Android's, none of them knew about ICS so I looked it up for one friend who has an EVO and it's not available for her yet, don't know if it will be. Looks good though.

I was confused. It was an update from gingerbread 2.3 to gingerbread 2.3.3.

'puter stuff, sigh.

I'm still on Gingerbread as well.

Fun fact about Android OS names though; they are all named after food, going up in letter with each new main release.

There was Alpha and Beta, but after that:
Cupcake = Android 1.5
Donut = Android 1.6
Eclair = Android 2.0/2.1
Froyo = Android 2.2
Gingerbread = Android 2.3
Honeycomb = Android 3.0 (3.x)
Ice Cream Sandwich = Android 4.0

Up next is Jellybean. :)

Ice cream sandwich will give Android screenshot capabilities. I'm excited about that.
