I couldn't get the gems from slot game installation goal!!

Hi! I am a bog fan of RS.
I didn't get a goal which is installation of slots game!
The goal didnot appeared in my RS.
I am very sad not only i missed that goal but also missed the gem reward...
Please check it and let me get the gem from the goal~~~
I really really want the goal and the gems.
