Must block door when working in BS

Hi guys. I love BS. However, if I do not block the door during cooking/tip collecting/etc, all the customers coming in makes it so slow. Is this normal? Does this happen once you start getting higher up and getting a bigger store? I am on an iPhone 4, version 5.1.1, usually good wi-fi, but sometimes Sprint 3G.

This happens to me on my ipod i think it is normal... unfortunately :-(

Perhaps it is your internet connection? It doesn't happen with me.
