what does the Mediterranian box hide inside?

One more question: is it just random what comes out, or will there first be Item A, then B, then C?

it's a random item each time so you can end up with multiples of the same item if you keep buying the chest. the odds of getting each item are listed with the box descriptions i linked to above.
