cant get my gifts out of storage

Playing pet story level 11 storm id kshooks...I am currently building a pen and I have all the applied in storage and it says items are basically for building purposes...but won't let me get them out to finish my pen

You can't take them from storage. Click on the pen you want to build. It does it from there.

It will say Complete once u have all required material : )
