Lost connection stole my counter and kept my money

My iPad lost connection right after I bought a counter in restaurant story level 14 livy4444. It kept my money and took the counter away.

The server lost connection three times and each time my white table that I just bought disappeared.I'm out 3,000 coins. There should be a save the game option. There also needs to be a way to sell back your paint colors for coins. My stormid is klutzy1226.

dont bother i had this problem 4weeks ago and support emailed back a week after i sent an email as I had lost at least 4 counters and several thousand gold, they said thanks for your support and we are working on it.......


You cant refund lost counters after 4 weeks? thats nonexistant support or lack of programming, il guess both.
