No Black and White Cookies in my oven menu

I am able to see the lemon muffin in the oven recipes but I do not have the black and white cookies :confused:.
Can anyone advise on what I need to do to be able to see these? I'm hoping I will have the option of the subway cupcakes too over the next few days but what do we do when we don't get the new menus? Thanks.

The B&W Cookies are unlocked at Level 44 or 42 I think.

So if you can't see it when you first go into the normal Oven, it hasn't been unlocked.

Also they have been moved near the end of the menu next to blueberry buckle.
