I was roaming my neighbours island, and I saw this egg:

Theres a high chance to could be the charm dragon on the breeding guide! Discuss.

This is a charm dragon I just got one by breeding magic+ fire
Charm dragon is 16 hour breed time and she is common. I also have the sea breeze egg in a nest right now.

While I must congratulate you for getting it, I must say the egg looks really poor.
It's pretty much a wave pasted over the air egg, and I thought recolours were bad...
