I can't buy gems o.O

I got a question nd I hope someone can help me with it.
I want to buy gems, but everytime I try to buy it, I will get a pop-up saying "Purchase has failled..."
I checked the google wallet nd I saw every recently purchase been cancelled
While I still have enough credit on the creditcard.

It's kinda frustrating when you want to spend money, but you cant >.<

someone knows the answer to this??

Today I even tried it with another creditcard and it still faills...
Did TL blocked my account for getting gems ???? O.O

geez, the game is doing you a favor. You end up with zero gems in the end cuz you'll lose them to gem traps. so this gets you to the same place, only doesnt cost you $$$$
