Unable to use "Special" characters in a restaurant name change.

Hi my restaurants name was originally Hell's Kitchen. Since I found many other people used the same name, so I was willing to spend 10 gems ($2.00) to change it to the following:Hi neighbo

*ЂєLL'ѕ Ҝітсћєи

Apparantly I am not allowed to use Unicode or Emoji characters the second time around yet you can do so when you enter the restaurant name the first time. Why this restriction? It mKes no sense at all to me and I will pay you for the option of doing so!

This is unfair. I might just quit the game entirely as I feel strongly about this.

I want to change my restaurant name to something more original as well, but Id like to use Emoji symbols.. 10 gems is rather expensive for a name change. If we have to pay that price (or, in my case, gradually earn the gems throughout the game), why cant we use symbols?
