XP BAR not showing progress

Im playing RS 1.5.1, Level 96 on IPad 2. After reaching level 96, my XP Bar has been all white for a while. The gold bar which increases as we earn more XP has not moved up the tiniest bit. If I look at the Bar its as if I have earned no XPs.

As I earn XP, the numerical value displayed in the XP Bar increases correspondingly, but graphically it is not shown by the XP Bar. If this continues, Im afraid Ill never level up to reach level 97.

Currently my XP is 760,449, but the whole Bar is white colour. Game says I need 390,351 more XP to go to next level. Although the number of XP displayed is increasing as I cook and collect tips etc, it is not reflected by Bar Movement.

Is this a Bug in level 96? What should I do? Help please!!

The bar is about an inch long, you have 390,000 starts to go, so each XP earned colors the bar 1/390,000 of an inch. That is only like a molecule wide. I wonder how many pixels are in an inch?


it'll take about 100,000 stars to move it 1/4 of the way.

What about the 760,449 XP I have already earned, shouldnt that have moved the bar one bit? XP bar is all white! I dont think this is normal!
