I was just playing my 56000 coins had stayed in my coin counter then 56000 coins disappeared randomly those were my food earnings today why do I do

Your coins are in the volcano. "They" are stealing our coins and melting them down to make "their" LAVA.... muu huu huu haa haa haa (that's my evil laugh).

I can verify that they were not eaten by ponies. On a serious note, please try force closing your game and opening it back up and/or reinstalling the game. Reinstalling won't affect your game progress, it's stored on our servers.

This does NOT WORK. When you lose coins, they DO NOT COME BACK when you reopen.

We know, we know, we can't add, it cosmetic blahblah. They pony's may not have eaten them, but there is SOMETHING that comes from pony's involved in this.
