Breeding glitch - completed animals are changing

I'm having an glitch with which animals I actually breed.

I had 2 baby turtles and now they're gone. However my tree frogs right next to the turtles are showing complete. I know for sure I didn't breed the frogs yet because their breed time was very long.
Can you look into this for me? Thanks!

I restarted my phone and it seems to have gone back to normal.
