Visiting people's farms

I would love to go and visit some of the farms I've heard discussed her on the forum. But I can't figure out how to do so. Is there a way to search for a specific farm? For example I'd like to see pinkster's. Thanks

You have to invite me to be your neighbor. Just post on my wall you're just there for a visit. Then I'll decline your invite. I don't mind when people do that.

At the bottom of my wall i keep old messages from the farms I like to visit, then it's easy to find them.
