What did it say you got? Look under floor decorations it's probably all the way in the back

They said including the Chrysler Lamp, Flatiron Bookshelf and Statue of Liberty, but I look in ''design'' all the way in the back, I can't found any gift !

Its not always in the back of the list. Its often in the middle somewhere. You'll have to look through your entire design tab. Also, you'll only get one item from the Big City Box, not all of the ones mentioned in the pop up.
