i am getting a new itouch device soon and i would like to know how to transer the data to the other itouch.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play and the number of gems you have in one of your games.

If you know the UDID numbers for both devices , give support that information


You can also try and transfer yourself. If you know the UDID numbers for both:

You can use any of the games to transfer. Are you playing any other Team lava games? Once you transfer any of the games, all your games under your old device will transfer to your new device.

If you are not playing any of the games on the transfer list, go download one of them from the app store, then you can use that game to transfer and your dragon game will transfer too.

If you any problems, you can email support@teamlava.com and they can do the transfer for you.

Important things u need: the UDID from your OLD iPad,

And ur level from ur account

I think the fastest way is from teamlava.com I checked my games ten seconds after hitting transfer and they transferred

My next issue is that I don't have the UDID from. My old iPad. To be honest this wasn't on my mind before I exchanged it.

They can Android accounts transfer using storm8 IDs, so they should be able to do it for iOS to iOS. You're probably not the first person who doesn't know your UUID from your own phone. Send an email to support@teamlava.com. You'll get a response asking for information, and after you send that in, they'll transfer it for you.

I got a new phone yesterday, I also do not have my udid. I emailed them and they sent me an automated message back saying to give them my old and new storm id's. I am still awaiting a reply.

Yesterday was Sunday and today is a national holiday in the US, so wait until tomorrow when they will eventually get to your ticket.

I was thinking when the OP first posted that the UDID from the old device would be needed. My wife upgraded her phone last year and I bought my iPad; fortunately, I checked on the forum about changing devices first, so it was fairly painless.

I hope the OP is able to revisit the business where he got the iPad and they can somehow retrieve the number!

They will transfer the game without the UDID, you just need to prove that the account is yours. They ask how many 'gems' you have in the game.

I've had Dragon Story for several weeks now, and I must say that I love it. I just got a new iPod touch 4g today.. The same as my other one. I transfered all of my apps over, and all the ones I checked still have my data. Dragon Story, however, did not :[ My ID was ferret189, I was a level 18, and spent my own $5 on gold to get a Magic Dragon egg. I had make a new ID on my new iPod, which is ferrret189 (three r's), and now I'm back to the start. I'd really appreciate it if I could get some help. I still have my old iPod, with the app and all of my stats on it if that helps out at all; though I am planning on selling it soon. I really don't want to loose all of my adorable dragons which I am very proud of, nor the five dollars that I spent. Thank you.

Since you've already created a new ID, email support@teamlava.com Give them your old ID, your new ID, and that you would like your old one back on your new device. They can transfer it over :)

Im after transferring my games from my iPhone 4 to my new iPhone 4S, ive got a Fashion Story account so on the website I used that link to transfer my games, but i entered my UDID for both phones correctly (I double checked a million times that the 16 digits were right), and my current level - and it still says theres an error.

Ive emailed TL but im kinda in a rush because my sister wants my old phone after hers is broke, I doubt theyll get back to me straight away.

So im worried ill lose the games, ive spent so much money in in-app purchases, hrr.

Also, does anyone know if Dragon Story and Pet Hotel Story as well as Fashion Story are all run by the same people, im hoping like its already been said, theyll all transfer together!

Ill be getting a new iphone by tomorrow, and im trying to find out now how to transfer all my TL games from my old to my new. On the Website of TL, theres a option where you can request a transfer BUT not for dragon Story ??? so if i have my new phone tomorrow i cant transfer my game with all the work ive put into it? im at level 34, i dont want to start over again.

What about the gamecenter where the games are saved, will everything be lost?Im just confussed atm. HELP pls:confused:

Have other people had problems with this?

When you get your phone, download the games and either transfer them yourself or email TL to do it for you.

There is a thread which explains how to transfer in detail, which is very easy to do yourself.

Is there a way to use the same Storm8 ID--and thus work on the same, one world--on two or more devices? If there is I haven't found any sort of log-in option, only the Create a New ID option under Social.

Btw I dont know if jailbreaking is with TeamLava. It is legal though. So use at care when u change ur UDID. If keep changing UDID and make multiple accounts in one phone, be sure to copy &paste ur UDIDs

Using a jailbroken device may create issues when playing the games and using other applications.
It is not wise to jailbreak your device.

Eh, never had a single issue for two years on jailbroken phones. I don't know a single person who had a single issue with their phone being jailbroken. But I don't know.. Maybe somewhere in the world there is a person who had an issue.

I really think this should be an option. Frankly, my hubby is a little ticked at me because it's not. I play several of hte Story games, and he sees me glued to the iPhone all the time. So he is a sweetie, and buys me an iPad. And now he wants to know why I don't use the iPad for the story games. Well, I'm not going to transfer the games to the iPad because what would I do when I am at work? (Not have my iPad.)
I should be able to log in at home on iPad if I wanted to play my story games there. Just like I log into the kindle app and I can access all my ebooks from multiple devices.

You can contact customer support. They'll want info regarding your device numbers, storm8 it, level you're on, gems you've got etc. They will then change there system so your game is linked to your new phone. If you got other TL games make sure you download them all before you get them to change it over

send an email to support@teamlava.com Tell them you have a new device and you need to transfer you games over. check here (http://www.teamlava.com/games.php) for a list of Team Lava games. Make sure you download all the ones you are playing to your new device.

also: Pet Hotel, bubble Mania and Dragon story.

I'm sorry but I have to say I'm really miffed with the fact that I can't save my game and account and move it to another device. How typical of apple capitalism, well Im trading my iPhone 4s in favour of the Samsung galaxy s3 since we all have a pretty good idea that the apple iPhone is going down the toilet since they are putting cheap parts into them. Any how to you team lava I actually adore dragon story, I think it's awesome, so much fun and diversity to the game, really smooth rendering and graffics. The only issues are of course that you can't save the game, it keeps crashing at the moment although I suspect that is partly my phone as various apps keep crashing, and the way u have to go about expanding your island asking friends for maps, please change this because it is a really slow, tedious, boring and down right annoying way of expanding your island. Other than that congratulations on producing an imaginitve and fun game to play. Thanks Richard price.

You cannot play a game on two different devices at once, but you can transfer all your games to a new device. (see post 2).

Your info is stored on the Game Server not your phone so you'll be fine. I actually had to restore my iPhone not long ago and when i put all the apps back on i was just as i was before :)

Once again, yes. Since the data is saved on the game server and not your phone. So once you reset your phone just dl the app again and you'll be exactly where you are now in the game.

I've read the pages that explain how to transfer a game from iOS to iOS, but those options aren't available in the game on kindle fire I don't believe.

But I'm getting a replacement kindle sometime today cause of issues with my old one, and I was wondering how I should go about this? Do I download the game onto the new kindle fire first? Then email support? Or email support first?

I'm confused about the steps, and I don't want to do something wrong like create a new account on the new kindle fire and find out that because of that I won't be able to transfer my old game etc

So any help is greatly appreciated!! And any ideas on how long TL usually takes to transfer a game? I want to make sure if it's going to be a while that I have dragons breeding/evolving that take a while so I'm not missing opportunities to breed :>

They will ask you to set up a new ID for them to complete the transfer, so wait until you have the new one. Best to wait until you have it. So I actually got the new kindle a few minutes after I asked this question and I sent support an email and got a response asking for the specific information, which I gave back... but that was last night, and it still hasn't been transferred. And I don't know if I shouldn't log into my accounts (the old one and the new temporary one), or if my logging in is preventing the transfer? Like, I have been checking my games to keep things from spoiling/feeding/collecting coins etc, because I don't have a time frame of when the transfer will take place.

I did email support again this morning asking about this, but have received no reply back. How will I know when the transfer is complete? Will it be that the next time I log into dragon story (still on my old kindle), it tells me my account isn't active? Or will ask me to create a new account? Because as of now it's still active, and I need to clear off the kindle and ship it back to amazon soon :(

So I still haven't had my games transferred, and I originally emailed support last friday, and they got back to me right away asking for specific information, which I immediately gave them. I haven't gotten any responses since that first response on Friday. :(

I need to return my old kindle to amazon soon or they are going to charge me the $200 for it, but I've spent nearly $200 on gold for dragon story at this point, and I don't know why it's taking so long or at least support isn't getting back to me :(

I at least would like to know what's going on, or if they are busy and working on it. But to not get any response is making me nervous that it wont ever get switched and I'm going to have to start over from scratch.

I also just won a contest and requested my winnings to be put into Monster story, and if it goes to my old account, and that account is never transferred, i'll be doubly upset :( :(

Please help let me know what's going on. I'm honestly trying to be patient, but if you said it only took you an hour when you last did it, then I can't help but feel something is wrong, or I'm being ignored :(

The original post was pretty old, but I was surprised to find that Dragon Story & Monster Story are still not supported for transfer.

If you download any of the other games (Farm, Bakery, etc), you should be able to use the method with one of those games. Once you open the game, your ID will instantly be added to the game, then you can transfer with the link.

You can transfer your game to your own Ipod, but if you sister has other Team Lava games on her ipod that she is playing, all the games will transfer to your Ipod. You cannot transfer only one game.
If the only Team Lava games on her ipod are yours you can transfer all of them to your IPOD.
You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer for you.
You can also try to transfer yourself.
You will have to download one of the games in the transfer list to the old Ipod and new ipod to so the transfer.

I had to transfer Dragon Story to a new iPhone device, I got it done by e-mailing support@teamlava.com. I had my e-mail like this:

I want to transfer my Dragon Story data to a new iPhone so that I can keep enjoying the game/
StormID: (StormID), need it transferred to: (StormID I had created on the new device)
Lvl: (lvl)

And about a week after i sent the e-mail my island was restored on my new device!

Download vampires live. In the settings page there is a part that allows you to transfer your game to a new device. This will transfer all your games at once. This is how I put all my games ontoy new iPhone 5. It only takes a couple of seconds.

Poster xoxjenn gave you the link above to xfer if your doing iOS to iOS you candoit all your self in secs with that link. Otherwise you do need to contact support but the link give you the support info too!
Also just from personal experence if you do iOS to iOS as i had to do to change from iPhone to iPad the instructions don't tell you this part so make sure you do it and you'll have no prob. When you dl the app to your new device make sure you open it at least once before you try to xfer. Lol i did it maybe 10 times getting the error code then i hit the app just to double check it didn't work and maybe missed the confirmation...well it didn't. However i tried to xfer 1 last time and BAM it worked. Also Dragon Story isn't on the list so you'll need to have another TL game as your main xfer, but once you xfer 1 they all xfer.

In the announcement forum, there is a link you can use to self transfer.
You just need to know the level of your island on one of the games , the old ID# of your device and the new ID# for the new device. Took me 5 minutes to do so.

You can download one of the other games on the list(like Farm story) to your old and new device.
Then use Farm Story to transfer . All of the games on your old device will also transfer.

I was flipping out about this when I got a new android phone, turns out you can do it and it's pretty simple. You have to download a DIFFERENT storm8 game that has a transfer feature. I guess team lava and storm8 aren't exactly the same. I used iMobsters. So download the game before you open dragon story any other team lava game. Open the storm8 game and I think you have to play to level 3 or something like that (and in iMobsters it was super fast, took me 2 minutes). Then you go to the settings and choose to transfer your existing storm8 ID to your new device. Once it's done, open up dragon story and you're good to go!

I just did a transfer last Saturday to my note 2, emailed TL and it was done in a few hours...I think the key is to create a new stormid in the new.device and provide both new and old ids in the email..

Make sure you download all the current games you are playing to your new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.
All of your game process will be there when you transfer. Your game process is saved on Team Lavas servers.

It would be best for you to contact TL to do the transfer by ID through TL support as you don't know the UDID or set a password. Sorry :(

Try uninstall then install DS if that not work then Yes you can transfer your game. Download racing live play to lvl 2 on your new phone.
Click home, click setting(the wheel thingy), click storm 8, transfer/new device, then put your stormID and password then transfer...
