Unable to collect from my Leprechaun Panda. Android Phone Motorola DroidX
Step taken so far
1 Move Panda to new location. No change
2. Restarted Zoo Story 2. No change
3. Rebooted Phone. No change
4. Uninstall and Installed Zoo Story 2. No change
5. Move Panda to storage to reset timer. After collect button come back up. No Change

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

ummm sounds like you have done everything !!! Is this only animal you are having issues with?

Yes, the Leprechaun Panda is the only problem. All other animals work fine.

I also cannot collect from the leprechaun panda on kindle since yesterday. I can select him but nothing happens when you tap on him.

This issue has been confirmed as a bug and reported to our engineers.

FYI to the engineers, my issue with the LPanda began not just trying to collect, but initially - it appears like a construction-ready animal but the pop-up for requesting materials won't come up and instead it offers the 'buy mate's option. Unfortunately, no matter how many times the mate is purchased the game never allows it to appear and simply remains in that initial construction-scaffolding phase with 'buy mate' as the dialog pop-up.

I'm having the same problem too. It has barrier around him but when I click on it, it just says buy mate. Bout ready to sell it. It worked fine on girlfriend's iPhone but not on my Samsung captivate

I have the same problem with the panda. It is basically useless. Hoped the answer was here but obviously I am not the only one with issue.

The fix for this will require a version update. Hopefully it will be included in the next manual download for the game.

There is still not a fix for this, but I would suggest emailing support to have them check your game.
