Sorry, I'm with TL on this one. I prefer curry. Besides, since the Raw Oysters are made with clams, they'd probably make moules frites with clams also and try to pass them off as mussels.

Never tried them in real life, but glad to have a new edition that doesn't go on a new constructable appliance. Or a goal recipe either.

I've never heard of curry frites, I admit. Is this some sort of culinary trend that has yet to hit my little city? Or the brainchild of a hungry developer?

I haven't heard of curry frites either. I think it the brainchild of a hungry developer. The internet shows recipes where they put curry powder on fries, and that's the closest I could find.
