Quests don't Appear

When I first started the game, there was no walkthrough, and I wasn't able to do any quests. Also, I restarted my IPad, and reinstalled the game twice. What should I do?

My Storm8 ID is bluejaylai
I use an IPad 2
IOS 5.1.1
When I started the game, there wasn't walkthrough like in my friend's.

Email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID and what's happening. The goals were temporarily turn off, but were returned yesterday.

Ok I started playing on my ancient ipod2 and this is what happened:

It started out with the tutorial. Then the game lagged, really, really, REALLY badly. So it ended up force quitting on its own.
When I went back to the game, the tutorial was gone. I didn't have any goals.
Then I reached level 2 and I got goals.

So maybe you have to be level 2+???
