Are your sales down?

I think TL have introduced a crafty drop in sales, so we have to spend gems to expand and decorate.
I have 6 doors to maximise sales, and use the VD version on an iPhone.
However I am only shifting around 42,000 plates in 24hrs.
What figures are others achieving?
Easy to calculate - pick counter with most food, then note drop over 24 hrs and multiply by number of counters (assuming all counters remain occupied)
May be helpful to note BS version and device used

I would like to know how many plates other bakeries are actually selling.
I am very aware of various other threads relating to table layout, number of doors, version of BS, whether BS running on device or force closed etc
If people shared their figures then we may develop best strategy for maximum earnings
