Where do I find a list of crops I have all ready mastered? Also the goals have done?

There is no list in the game of all the crops you have mastered. You can see which ones you have done by the color of the leaves above each one in the store.

I am not sure what your question is about the goals? Can you clarify?

Just look on the crop list... however many leaves is how much mastery

Actually there is a list of what you have mastered. If you go into your game center (I am playing on an iPad1) and choose Farm Story from the game list you can see what has been mastered.
