While still busy for expanding and buying new pets, I wonder if it's time to make some suggestions.

I have 6 chinchillas so I'd really love to see chinchilla in my hotel in future. I like dolphin and ****er whale too.

For fun room, I think pets enjoy having an afternoon tea outdoor. So terrace cafe will be awesome for them. Vet/Animal clinic must not be missing and you know sometimes pets feel sick. And what idea will be cooler than pets can buy their own favorite snacks in a grocery or mini supermarket?

So... I hope I'm not suggesting anything that already exists somehow, although I tried to research all the rooms prior to this XD
Also, not sure as to how far fantasy animals are allowed. Although looking at the dental office, we seem to have some leeway there :3

- A graveyard cemetery with either crows/ravens or some sort of undead/ghost pet :D
- A candy room with peeps. *yum*Optionally, other candy animals.
- A christmas-themed room with reindeers (extra points for having one parent only with a red nose).
- A dirty attic with dust bunnies. (Get it? :P)
- An upside-down room (2 squares vertical perhaps) with winged pigs. ("When pigs fly...")
- A K-9 police dog room with German Shepherds.
- A steamy jungle with Venus flytraps (I realize they are a plant type, however, the animals are sort of anthropomorphic, and a carnivorous plant is like a pet to some XD)
- A treasure island room with parrots (red or blue Aras)
- Indian Tipi Room with Wild Buffalo. or, optionally, Appaloosa/Mustang
- Honey Comb room with Bees. Or wasps. Or Bumblebees.
- Chile mountain range (or was it Peru? /geography fail) with Alpacas :3 OR Chinchillas.
- A lemonade stand with ducks. (Bonus points if you get the reference.)
- Underground tunnel with moles (would have to be 2 squares long to look like a tunnel)
- Desert tomb with Anubis-jackals :3
- (Japanese) Koi Pond
- Steep cliffs (2 vertical squares) with mountain goats
- Area 51 with with aliens~
- Cocktail Bar with Fruitbats (the kind that look more like dogs than bats :3) --- should you decide that the room doesn't comply with the PG-13 rating ('cause cocktail might count as alcohol reference), make it a fruit shop instead?
- Computer Lab with Windows-parody butterfly (I say parody due to the license rights etc) or some other bugs. (Get it? Bugs? Computers? *shot*)
- Confetti room with party mice
- A room with a door and... *drumroll* Doormice
- Prehistoric or Museum room(s) with T-Rex and other select dinos :D Or their fossils... Walking skeletons, hah!

Also, all sorts of themed glass tanks (I guess?) for aquatic pets like Squids or Krill or Dolphins :3
- Sea Anemone room with Clownfish
- Dolphin or Orca Show room(s)
- Atlantis room with Mermaid OR Seamonkeys
OOOOOOOOR you let us expand the hotel underwater too, and we can only place underwater rooms there X3

Animals we need (and I got no creative ideas yet XD):
- Red Pandas (prolly semi-bamboo themed I suppose)
- Blue-footed Boobies (the bird, you pervs!)
- SHARKS - either in the water, or in a room, like a Shipwreck room *shot*
- Bats. :D I'd assume they get a cave of sorts...
- Atlantic Glaucus - google it, it's amazing.
- A Pet Rock. I kid you not. XD
- Seahorses
- Snakes (Python, Cobra, etc)
- Komodo dragons
- Fenneks
- Dragonfly
- Cheetah, Leopard, Ocelot - spotted cats, whoo~

As someone mentioned, Australia has awesome animals. Kangaroos and Koalas. New Zealand too; Tuataras and Kiwis are cute~
And as far as fantasy animals go, I'm sure there's plenty ideas for Gryphons, Dragons, Unicorns, Pegasi, Chimeras, Manticores etc, so I won't go there for now. :3

Fun rooms:
- Scuba Diving
- Ballpit (of DOOOOOM)
- Mudbath - ooooor Mudwrestling
- Gelato Cafe~ Ice cream ftw.
- Gift Shop ('cause, in theory, those guys are in a hotel, so they'd leave one day xD)
- Bakery/Pastry Shop
