Can we decline gift now?

Some can, some cannot. I couldn't, then magically one day I could, then about a week later I couldn't anymore. I'm back to not being able to.

Try it out - decline a gift and see if you can or cannot.

I tried yesterday, but no replacement allowed, gift is still maxed :(
