I have a few neighbor and they have been sending gifts i accept them, but i don't see it... any wear? Please any help thank you!!

What gifts are they? There's a likely chance they have been put in your storage.

Regarding gifts: when I gift my neighbors, how are the gifts paid for? Does it come out of my coins?

Gifts don't cost you anything to send.

You need to tap on Tools, then Edit, then Inventory on the left of the screen

Tap the icon in the right corner to expand it to the five icons.

Tap the far right icon that is suppose to look like clippers (I think).

That will give you a chest on the left corner.

That's your storage. Tap it to get inside. Things are there in the order that they were placed, so your gifts will probably be the last items in the box.
