Star rating changed?

Has the standard for maintaining a 4-star rating changed? Suddenly this morning, my rating dropped to 3 stars. Surprising, since I tip and gift a minimum of 40 of my 77 neighbors every day and have't missed a day since before Xmas. Anyone else? What's going on?

O. I tip daily to all my neighbours. Abt 60 neighbours. Still 4 star rating.

Ok, there is definitely something wrong. My morning tipping brought me to 4 stars. When I returned to the game just now ( 3 hours later) it has fallen back to 3 stars. What to do?
