How do you remove unanswered neighbor requests/invites from the Invite list?

Sorry you can't. Lots of people have requested this, but it still hasn't happened.

I wish they would implement this feature. It wouldn't be hard and obviously is a much needed feature. I know I need it. Why say add me if you aren't going to accept the request.

I don't invite people anymore. If someone asks and I think I'd like to have them, I give them MY id and let them invite me.

I'd rather give out my ID and risk another pending invite than give out my ID so others reading the person's wall can add me. While I would like to delete pending invites, the pending invite list is an annoyance but does not really impact game play when you don't have a whole lot of neighbors.

You can always refuse an invite that someone read from a wall.
