How to refresh my hotel

I know people must have parties me but i need to wait for long time to see it and clear it, it is annoying because my nbr always found im full, pls help

Tap on the room and then and then go to the "collect" button. The room will collect if it has coins, but if it only has stars, you have to hit the collect button to clear it.

I know to click the room and collect button, but i dont see the star even my nbr tip me! And if i collect it without star i will get less money and the star wont come back ����

My stars don't show up when someone parties. I am on an iPod.
