What strategy do you use for playing this game and expand your restaurant quickly? I noticed some people have too many chairs and tables for customers as to earn money while some people have only tables and wait for tips from neighbors. Which way is better to earn more money?

Cook higher profit food. Don't buy decorations. Put your tables and chairs closer to doors and make sure your cashier is close to the door and to your tables so that customers can get in and out quickly.

I think only 29 people can be in the restaurant at the same time eating so no point having too many excessive tables. Bobbyrae is right, have your host table close to the door, also have your tables close to the door. You can check out fescuper's thread on most efficient restaurant design.

In the restaurant at a time - 29 is correct. They probably will not all be eating, some will be walking to tables, or towards the door.

Many (including myself) have more tables and chairs. If you want a strictly functional place, you can have only the minimum. If you going more for looks, I've seen people make amazing designs out of just tables. Or somewhere in between - its all up to you :)

...and remember, the more tables you have, the higher potential for tips!

Not that I've ever seen. I had dozens of counters before, with different food on each one. Lately I've had 2-4 counters, and customer flow has not changed.

thank you,

I noticed from my game that when I turn on this game, there will be high traffic for first few minutes but these customers will gradually reduce until few more minutes later then there is very low customers then. is it normal?

That's a bug with the display currently http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?28066-Decrease-in-number-of-customers-after-updating-to-version-1.5.1

TL is aware of it, and working on a fix. As long as you close out your game when you exit, plates still sell like normal.
