That has to be a box or limited random offer item, and a TON of gems to boot. It's nice and I have 41 gems right now, but I refuse to buy any additional ones until they remove the "tap to manage". I really want this too, it is so pretty. :(

There was the constructible make-up counter that cost 36 gems in Fashion Story! Bet it's on the same lines.....

I hope its for coins. The make-up counter was functional after built, I think this is a regular decoration.

Tap/Manage needs to be removed! I'd buy gems if not for that, to purchase this getaway. But I refuse to buy gems again until tap/manage is removed, it's not worth buying them when they can be lost so easily.
