Prime rib, fruit cake and holiday ham question

Does anyone know how those become available? It keeps saying goal and I thought getting to level 99 or completing all the badges would matter but that's not the case.

Those were Holiday rewards from completing goals from Christmas.
iOS users have goals, but Android users don't have goals yet.
