Buildings with optional colors. Can choose to have the building/house be red or green or yellow, or whatever.

Certainly, stables for the horses and mules, a chicken coop, pig pen. A stone building to which to attach the water wheel. (Why is the water wheel attached to a single wall, with no work for the water wheel to accomplish?)

I thought about it but that just wouldn't be realistic. This gnome-mart is real.
