My gem disappeared just like that :(

When I bought 3 new wallpaper a pop up saying that I get a gem because already bought 40 wall decoration come up. And my gems really added 1 . But when I click the cross button to go back from design to the game , the additional gem disappeared. It happened before but that time I'm just replacing my door and not buying anything. I lost 1 gem just like that. Anyone has experienced the same? Any explanation? I play seriously to earn those gems and seeing them disappear just like that ...not fair.:( :( :(

It happened again. Are you saying that you get a gem for completing a badge, then your lose the gem? If so what badge are you working on?

Happens all the time for me. Even cooking food. It says a I get a gem, it adds one. Few seconds later it takes it away. Sometimes when I reload the game the gem is back, other times I never see it. I just don't worry about it much since I usually just lose the gems anyway by accidentally tapping something when the game freezes for a second and then suddenly registers a tap to complete food or some such thing.

So, I guess it's just a game error and I'm not really get a gem. Thanks for the attention.

email support@teamlava.com and let them know that your gems are not getting credited.
