question: how to change boutique name to include symbols?

hi! I'm wondering if anyone could help me with an issue I'm having... I want to change the name of my boutique to include emoji symbols and fancy font ...I've seen this done by many of my FS neighbors, but when I try to do this (by paying 10 gems!), I get a message saying my boutique name can't include symbols. I'm not sure why this is, as many other people clearly have shop names with symbols and fancy font ....can someone please let me know how I can get around this issue? thanks!!

Make sure that the first position in your name is not a symbol.

It could be that what you're trying to do is too long. I got the same message with one of the names I made. So I tried shortening it and it worked.

It must be 15 letters maximum and must include 3 non symbols (regular letters)
