I've been emailing support about transferring my restaurant to my new device ?Do anybody know how to transfer without customer service support? Please help me if you can

If you are going from Idevice to Idevice and you know the UDID numbers for both:

If you do not have UDID number for your old device or if you are transfering from or to an android device you can transfer by Storm 8

If you are transfering from or to kindle fire, you will have to wait for support.

I just transferred from EVO 4G to Samsung S3, both Android, using the steps outlined in the Storm8 link. First I tried with Ninja's Live but realized on the new device that I may have played past the needed point when I was asked to create a character name. I force closed the game to avoid putting in a character name and returned to the Google play store to download a different Storm8 game, determined not to play past level 2. I installed iMobsters, played to level 2, then accessed HOME and followed the instructions. I was leary because the instructions are for iPhone and iPad, but IT WORKED FOR ANDROID. I must note that my old phone does not have iMobsters on it. I used it because the Storm8 games have a specific section in the settings link for transferring, team lava games do not have the screen. This was reasonably painless and much easier than waiting on an email reply from the much sought after team lava customer service :-)

P.S. The above transfer was not for this ID but rather for my phone, but I am sure it would work the same on an Android tablet

Can anyone help me? how can i transfer my restaurant story to my new ipad. This has proven most frustrating and waiting on support to respond is wasting my time! Please help!

i have requested TL Support to help me transfer to a new device. I hope they'll act fast. I don't know if i shuld continue playing on my old device. Hope it won't take them too long to do the transfer.

Oh, so you can't play on multiple devices? Bummer. I generally play on my iPad, but since Sprint nicely decided they no longer have the unlimited hot spot, I keep running out of my Internet, but I do have unlimited internet on my phone, just prefer the bigger screen when I am home. Oh well, guess my games will be neglected for the next 9 days when I am away from wifi.

Hi, can anyone help? I emailed tech support with info for transfer but info is still not transferred. Will need to return old device today. Worried my Restaurant will be lost... :-(
