Dead appliances?

Is there any reason to keep special appliances after you've mastered the recipes? I'm not talking about holiday stuff. For example (number of recipes)


Sugar coater (1)
Dehydrator (1)
Cocoa maker (1)
Chocolate dip (2)
Truffle maker (2)
Treat dispenser (3)
Three bears oven (3)
Deep fryer (7)
Ice cream maker (6)


Some of them can no longer be purchased. Some still can.

If no more recipes will be released for these, then wouldn't it be best to sell them? Right now they're just taking up space in my storage.

Thanks. I was specifically asking about non-seasonal appliances which are either not available or still available. My assumption is that if the appliance can no longer be purchased, might as well sell them after mastering. But what about the appliances which are still available but have like 1 recipe?

I'm not to sure about that.
